Hehehe. I know what it is I just don’t know what to call it.[:D]
In my opinion I would call it an U.L.T (Ugly Little Thing). Bryan
The vehicle is a proposed replacement for Canada’s Leopard Tank . Since we have people who argue which is better ? Wheels , or tracks ? The " Extraordinary League of Gentlemen " , at National Defence Head Quarters , in Ottawa , have found a compromise !

The early tanks were found to be top heavy and could be rolled over easily by inexperienced drivers. To remedy this problem training wheels were added to stablize the vehicle. It was noticed that from a distance the tank looked like some farm eq. so a shroud was added above the wheels to give the tank the appearance of a manure spreader .This idea worked so well that farm animals became quite comfortable with the tank and chickens would nest on the tracks, the eggs being crushed (along with some chickens) when the tank moved and causing the streaks that can be seen on the frame in front. This vehicle was later sold to a farmer in eastern Wa, state and is still being used to move farm equipment on paved roads where cleets are not aloud. The idea being that if he is pulled over he can claim that the wheels were touching the ground when he left home. This year he is going to enter the tank in the tractor pulling contest at the annual Slippery Gulch Days. He has not named it yet but has some ideas such as Toliet Tank, Egg Foo Dung, or Big Poop Puller. He was asked to remove the turret and has replaced it with a Volks Wagon Beetle body. [;)]
