A question for the hopefully all knowing modeling community: IS Tamiya planning to bring a 1/48 Jeep on the market. They already got a Kubelwagen and Schwimmwagen. My ETO Spits Hurricanes, 'Bolts, and Mustangs need a injection molded JEEP desperately!!!
Haven’t seen a hint on one yet, but like you, I’m hoping they do.

If you really want one now, try parabellum.com in the UK. They sell a frog one at 1/48 for a much more reasonable price than the resin ones.
The 1/48 Revell kit of the HH-53 helicopter has a Jeep towing a howitzer as an accessory for the helo.
