The pics look fine…and so does the model. Great job!
and welcome to the forums and the dark side!
Very nicely done!
GREAT WORK!

One thing though…I think your tracks might be on backwards…check your refs…
Yep they are backwards! When I finally realized it the glue was set- Oh well, live and learn!
I may someday pull 'em off and fix 'em, but I gotta work up to it!
Thanks for the good eye-
Mark
Nice job on a very cool tank. What kit is that?
WOW, that’s really quite a beautiful build! Great finish and weathering!
Shame about the tracks, but you wouldn’t be the first guy here to put on the tracks backwards!
Hope to see some more of your work soon!
very good job my man, I like it. Keep up the good work.
good job I like this model. These Japanese tank are interesting. I really like the paint scheam on this one.
Thanks for replies everyone! I have been visiting this site for years- just being blown away by the sheer talent I’ve seen. I’m so glad I finally figured out how to post- I’ve got so much stuff I wanna share with you guys!
Mathew9 - The kit is a resin offering done by JapaneseArmorKing.com It’s 1/35 scale by the way. I got it at an AMPS convention in Maryland several years back. I am pretty sure it’s still available. Email dyersart@earthlink.net
NICE kit, easy build, good instructions, and a huge set of dry transfers that will keep me in Japanese markings for years!

I can use the same comments here that I used on your Italian tank. Excellent.
Really beautiful build Mark. Excellent washes.
Your paint style really highlights the cast details.
I had tanks and half tracks with both tracks going both directions, so at least yours are both in the same direction. : )
Love the MG! I have never build a japanese tank. You have inspired me to do so. I think I will start with one of those little cuties.
Well looks really good. I would ask the scale and maker of the model just in case there is anyone that are interested in the type 89. !/35 scale I know of Gumka and Armor King. I think the Gum Ka is long oop but a multi media masterpiece that sells for aroun $300 if you can find one. Armor King was a cottage industry I believe. They did a 1/16 scale one as well. I think his intrest has gone over to WW I figures but I am not sure.
Really like the paint and weathering job. The only real issue I see other than the tracks is you have it marked in Army markings with the gold star. Your flag is a Japanese Naval ensign. If it was a Navy tank the star would be replaced by an anchor. The other decals are Army so good to go there and I always thought the Naval rising sun ensign looked cooler than the white rectangle and red dot anyhow. That was just to let you know the diff cuz I think it looks cool as is!
