I bought a Revolution HP-CR a couple of months ago. I had a question about the nozzle cap and I sent to unanswered emails to Iwata USA support from the insert that came with the airbrush. Has anyone had this same silence from Iwata? Frustrating and a bit disappointing from all the good reviews they have.

I have that #, Thanks. The bigger question is why don’t they respond to their email? Their on the west coast, I’m on the east coast and email is the most convenient. I don’t have to hang on a phone tree waiting to talk to a ‘real’ person. Even a robo reply saying they got it would be nice. I can get this kind of service from one of those ‘cheap’ airbrushes from Temu!
There could be a multitude of reasons why they haven’t responded (vacation, etc.). Even though their global headquarters is out of Portland, they’re not a big company by any means.
