concidering that yrs ago lots of models came with stands, and the amount of materials used to make said stands they are high priced . think about it if all you want to do is display just a dozen lousy models that is 300 bucks
for maybe 2 bucks ea at most, you can get pcs of wood say the size of your palm, sand and finish them, and using thin threaded rod in various lenths mount your planes
