I removed the shrink wrap from this kit and placed the parts in the sink with soapy water. While that was soaking I studied the instructions and decided that the only AM parts that I wanted to add were tracks and a metal barrel.
What I would like to know is:
Will the Jordi Rubio 20mm Flak 30 be correct?
The track search was a nightmare. Good luck trying to find Fruil / ModelKasten tracks in-stock for this.
Can I use the Friulmodel Sdkfz.250 halftrack "tracks?

You’re on the right track. The SdKfz 10 was the un-armored version of the SdKfz 250. They shared the same chassis.

Now I have to get the Bank of Armor to loan me the $30 plus for the Friulmodel and convince my better half that I just had to have them.
A cheaper sol’n could be to find an inexpensive DML SdKfz 250 kit somewhere… Switch out the entire suspension.
Maybe ebay or one of the selling/trading sites?
Almost Roy, remember that the Sdkfz 10 has an extra roadwheel and suspension arm on either side vs. the Sdkfz 250. [;)] When using a set of tracks designed for the Sdkfz 250, you might not have quite enough links as a result depending on how many “extras” they provide, so be mindful of that too. The JR barrel for the Flak 30 will work just fine as well IB48. [;)]
