You might try Gunze Super Metalizer - this paint is really nice and hard when dry, and masking is no problem. Here’s what I’ve been able to do with it:
One question would be it it’s shiny enough for you. Otherwise you have to do as Rambo wrote - maybe paint the whole tank body color and just mask the straps and Alclad everything else?

I have masked over Alclad, though I don’t like to. While the adhesion of alclad is pretty good, adhesive from the tape can change the sheen. If I do mask over Alclad I like to use Post-it pieces.
I can’t paint the straps first then mask them because they are not flat, they are more ornate , for lack of a better word. So painting them first and then trying to mask them will be a nightmare.
Future will always ruin the true metal sheen on any metallic paint. It simply won’t look like true metal, after the Future. A trade-off some people can accept. I’m trying to avoid that.
