Full trees? What type of diorama? Scale?
Railroaders have loads of options… Woodland Scenics etc.
I have made my own trees as well… all depends on what you are looking for.

Although commercial products are available, you’ll need really deep pockets… I’d really suggest learning to make your own as the best way to do it… I make pine trees from dowel materail coated with sheetrock mud, and asparagus fern… Digging up sapling roots works really well for dead trees, the tiny tendrils make excellent branches… If you want them to look alive, simply spray glue them and swish them around in various herbs like rosemary, parsely, and oregano. Stay away from hobbyshop lichen (except for Normandy hedgerows… They look ok in small scales, like 1/72 and HO, but look like lichen in 1/35th…
Check the Diorama Forum here for more Foliage tips… You’ll need to use the search function, but there’s several primers on making foliage and trees that are really good…
i have seen many dio in this scale and often the builder seems to asume that all trees are 10-20 ft high are you prepared for a more realistic size tree say 50-60 or so tall cause in that scale we’re closer to the 2 ft mark in height
