I placed an order a month ago and I checked on it and it says declined. I left an email and nothing. I call today and every extention brings you back to the beginning. The 800 number is out of service and the other number gives you the run around. Anyone know anything?

I don’t think they are out of business. I just peeked over at their site and if you click on the Weekly Specials link, it gives them for the current week. It’s been a while since I did business with them, but customer service and ordering was always a little wacky. If memory serves they still owe me either a Heller 1/400 Landing Craft or my money. It’s probably been ten years now since they back-ordered it.
I just got their catalog today in the mail. It’s supposedly good till Feb. 28,2010. I just ordered from them about a month ago and got everything in a couple of days. Always been that way for me anyway. Was just sitting here getting ready to order an AB and some other stuff. Hope it goes through as the prices are good.

My wife ordered my 40th birthday present from the website last weekend and received the order on Wednesday of last week. I have never had any problems with the Model Expo company and I have always been impressed by their customer service.
