Check your spam folder. Others have mentioned in the past that theirs ended up in their spam.

Some people may get their emails right away. Others may get them 1, 2, or more days later. It takes time. Just be patient.
@NickTorres Just to clarify something, does this mean the rewards for points earned will be going away to be replaced by the drawing? The statement was not clear.

Correct - the tiers do not directly correlate to rewards during this testing. If you qualify for any of the tiers, you’re entered into the drawing.

So do I understand correctly that April’s points only put me in a lottery for a drawing,and that I shouldnt expect anything unless my name is pulled?
Nah I think April is still the points, but May and the next few months is the lottery thing. You haven’t received yours either I take it?
