Check out the Bovington tank museum site and go to www.tiger-tank.com. The site has good quality colour photos of a restored Tiger 1( early production) captured in Tunisia in 1943. The basic interior colour is off white (1 part Green+ 9 parts white) the painting instructions are pretty good on the Academy kit (i am Building it as we speak) but there are some differences from what i have seen of the Bovington Tiger. From what i gather good colour photos of Panzer interiors are fairly rare so some license is more than excusable. Goodluck.
Here is the Missin’ Dinks Data Dump on this kit;

As neudog stated, the Bovington cat should be a good reference for this model.
A great book to have for this and other German vehicles is;
World War II Wehrmacht Vehicles, Colour Close-up, by Jan Suermondt, ISBN: 1-86126-426-7. It has several excellent color photos of the Bovington Tiger, as well as many other restored vehicles.
Panzer interior buff is standard fare on my bench. Check out Otto Carius’ book “Tigers in the Mud”, I believe at one point in the book he said something about the white interiors turned sooty black by oil lamps…

Don’t forget the Gray below the sponson ‘floors’ level in the hull and that some parts were left in primer red (especially if it was a replacement floor plate or what have you). Of course, you full fledged panzer guys can correct me if I’m wrong.
