I can think of one of each. The Galaxy 48 Chevy kits have an excellent inline 6 with some tasty Wayne speed equipment. AMT’s Deora has a slant 6, although I haven’t really looked at it in some time.
The Monogram 1/24th 1953 Chevy Bel-Air and 1953 Corvette kits each have the Stovebolt. The Corvette version is tri carb and has a little dress up chrome.

there was a slant six included in the 1964 Dodge and Plymouth kits. Need one?

Replicas and Miniatures Company of Maryland should have a Chevy 6 banger engine. They have an ad. on Model cars magazine and Scale Auto magazine also. I bought one for my '66 Chevelle station wagon to replace the eight banger.
Their number to call is 410 768 3648, Norm Veber is the owner!!!
The inline 6 engine in the AMT 60 Chevy pickup would be the closest to the six in the Nova.you would still need an aircleaner…
The 6 cylinder before that looked different… Granted if you use the speed equipment, it would be hard to tell…
