Always one to have a whinge about bad service, it is refreshing to find a supplier who not only provides an excellent service despite the purchaser acting like a complete idiot

I purchased 2 sets of decals from Yelow Wings Decals, used Paypal to pay but was not paying attention and selected an old address, I only realised as my finger hit the pay button!![banghead]

I immediately sent a grovelling apology to rectify this and Lo and Behold my Decals arrived in the UK today in 4 days from the USA[bow]

So in short

It’s always refreshing to hear about GOOD service. These days, it seems harder and harder to find. I have had excellent customer service with Accurate Miniatures, Squadron and Badger. Just thought I’d throw their names out there as well!

This is one of the real values of these forums, because our [tup] or [tdn] is based on our own experiences, not who is adversising with whom.

I’ve dealt with Yellow wings a few times & had no problems. Squadron is another one high on my good service list.

Good deal - It’s always nice to hear that there are companies you can rely on - or at least have confidence in.
I’ve always had good luck with Hannant’s, and recently got great service from Eagle Models.
