I also agree about keeping this thread going. Your “metallic” work is so realistic looking.
The weathering that you have done on, this is absolutely stunning. All the recessed and raised detail is highlighted nicely. Did you dry brush something to get the lighter effect on the edges?
If you want, it’s easy enough for us to combine this thread with the original. Let me know if you want to. Nothing will be lost and all of the posts will just stock together.

The Monster didn’t have hands. Am I correct in assuming you scratch built those massive arms and hands for it? It looks amazing btw.
I think he’s basing it off the Mk-IP monster which showed up Macross zero for a little. I don’t think there’s a kit for that specific variant?
