IJN: Wood Decks or Linoleum?

A Fujimi kit of the Hvy Cruiser Chikuma is available with a “linoleum deck decal”.

Wondering which ships had lino instead of wood? Am getting the Fujimi Hiei kit and need to know what color the deck should be: woodsy or that lino caramel-like shade.

Chikuma had lino on her decks, Hiei had wood decks, but her upper levels were lino.
