The infamous and controversial Lindberg I-53 in all of its glory. Despite the errors inherent in the Lindberg product, Toom did a great job building it. A silk purse out of a sow’s ear, so to speak.

This is a nice build, regardless of the kit’s accuracy. It is a very good effort and it shows.
Accurate kit or not,that’s a nice build.I was just aboard the Silversides last Saturday and thought that was a big boat.The real I-53 must have been a monster!
