ICM´s 1/48 Mig 3 - First post on the forum

Hello! I´m from terceira island, in açores, and a great fan of many work that is posted here. This is my fourth work with airbrush, and i would like to hear some feedback on it.

It´s ICM´s Mig 3 in 1/48, built OOB, with only the adiction of home made foil seatbelts.

it´s the first time i show my work here. Hope you enjoy

First of all [#welcome]

That’s a very nice looking mig-3 you have built!
I really love the mig-3, I’m currently building a 1/48 mig-3 vacform by hit-kit.

Maybe I should have gone for the ICM mig, because yours looks good!

How did you do the panel lines?

Welcome to the forum!

She looks nice, guy… you did a great job with the wingroots… they need a bit of TLC and you did good…

I used a sludge wash with Tamiya´s acrilic Medium gray and some pastel chalk.

welcome to the forum. Great looking Mig there, was wondering what your technique for adding the scratches, looks very nice.

Great looking MiG…I had a lot of fun building mine a couple years back…love the engine detail in that kit! I have been wanting to put it into a diorama with an IL-2 but haven’t gotten around to it yet…

Thank you all for the comments![:)]
the scratches are made using the salt technique. very funny to use and interesting results.
