MPM had a 1/72 IAR 80/81 - kit # 72081. Has photo etch and resin. Not sure that it is still in production but you might check www.squadron.com or www.rollmodels.com to see if it available. Other option is to watch Ebay. Hope this helps.
I think Pegasus also makes this kit but the MPM is the one to get. I am hoping to find one at the Nationals this year.
