I need some help finding decals

Hi all

I am in the process of buying up items I need for building all of Bud Anderson’s aircraft. I have everything I need except for F105D decals or Old Crow II. Does anyone know where I can get some?

Any idea what the markings were for the F-105 as far as the tail codes and numbers are and what scale?
