Greetings to all. My name is Simone Plai and I am a long-time modeler.
I have always enjoyed modifying my models to make something better than what the box offers. Eliminate errors as much as possible, increase the detail or transform the model with the latest or previous upgrades.
After many years of plasticard and any other material suitable for the purpose, I switched a decade ago to resin, with silicone rubber molds, vacuum chamber, etc.
About 6 years ago I taught myself CAD modeling and after a short period with resins and silicone rubbers , I finally switched to 3d printing.
This allows me the freedom to make things that would be impossible for me.
I use appropriate tools depending on what I want to do . Generally for my models I use scanner 3 to get a base to work on , using instead photogrammetry ( 3d scanner and camera) when it comes to real media .
I will finish the presentation with my latest project and soon the previous ones.
I do not speak and write English so it may happen that I do not express myself correctly. Always keep this in mind.
Happy modeling.

Thank you for your appreciation. Here I will only publish my works, which, as I wrote in the presentation, are the last stage of a long modeling journey.
However, if I can help in any way and give you some additional information, including an answer to your question, let me know with a private message ( You can find my contact information in the YT video that I inserted in the comments)
