Here’s a photo showing the monsterous hull of my all metal 1/6 (ONE SIXTH) scale Tiger I alongside “little brothers” in 1/72 and 1/16 scale.
When complete, my BIG Tiger I, “Sina”, will have full RC capability, motor sound, gunfire, smoke, and cannon recoil. It will have a maximum speed of 4 mph (scale speed 24 mph). and weigh over 200 pounds.
I will have to watch out for the neighbor’s small children and pets!

and the odd sherman or two[;)]
WOW [:p]
Are you building it from scratch or is that one of the tanks from Mark1 in UK??
I want I want…Gimmee Gimmee One
All I get is a sexy red X
Load up the wife and kids and go for a little cruise around the neighbourhood.
I went and looked at the manufacturer’s site, quite impressive beasts.
FINALLY !!! Got a link to my image uploaded!!!
There are a lot of incompatabilities between these image hosting servers, due to security, or proprietary reasons, or whatever.
Anyway, the BIG Tiger I is a reality. It is a bolt-together kit, which is of very hiigh quality, but the sheer size makes every “little” consideration an interesting problem in itself!
ARMORTEK has a forum of owners at their website http://www.armortek.co.uk , where non-owners can read commentary on the construction of these model beasties!
Best regards,
