I want to build the 1/24 Huey for my local VFW and I’m not finding much information on the kit or any available aftermarket details for it. Can someone steer me in the right direction?

Basically, it is a pretty old kit and lacks detail and has oversized parts. There are no aftermarket update sets for it. Better bet is to build one of the MRC/Academy 1/35 UH-1Cs. Great kits and loaded with detail. Or, for a UH-1D/H, the Panda 1/35 one or the even better Revell 1/32 model.

Thanks for the information. I think I’m gonna go with the 1/35 Academy kit. I haven’t found a lot of detail sets for it, though. Any suggestions?
