Working on airbrushing a car model and some of the paint (thinned craft store acrylic) pooled and dried a little darker than the rest. 
Do I need to sand and repaint? I’m afraid another coat will just make the spots darker.
Ahoy mrg149. If I were running the zoo, I’d strip off the paint, prime it, and paint it again. All the fixing in the world doesn’t substitute for doing it right in the first place. Sounds harsh, but I paint everything two or three times, mostly because I goof something.
That would be my advice too. Sanding might put you right thru to the styrene and ruin the panel.
