Ditto on the Michigan thing. I complete 10 to 15 depending on the subjects/scales. My weekly work schedule is 4 10s, so I have 3 days off a week.
Being retired makes a big difference. I’m running about 1+ a month. 12 to 15 a year…that’s aircraft, ships and land based armour. On the train layout, I could build one freight car a night…but they were easy.

Zip last year. I have one just about finished and another 3/4 done. I may get 2-4 done this year. That would make it a banner year for sure. Of course, I’ll probably replace them with 8 more kits. [:D]
Completed 14 last year (9 armor + 5 planes).
This year I have completed 3 armor kits.
Last year, I completed 78 models, consisting of 1/72 scale Armor, 1/72 scale Aircraft, and Ships ranging from 1/500 to 1/700 scale. This year, so far I’ve completed 21 models, mostly armor, but a few aircraft and two ships.
I’ve only been back into modeling for 3 months, but at the current rate it will be about 8 per year.
J S from downunder here i think its all about what kits we decide to build,so far this year ive finished 3 with another 5 more planned but next year im planning on doing the trumpeter 1/350 scale CV10 YORKTOWN with about 40 aircraft on her flightdeck this project is likely to take the whole year to finish.
I started in Augustand have completed 14 kits, but mine arent nearly as good as some of the ones on here
I have been getting the gran total of 2 models a year for the last couple of years. Work and other things keep getting in the way. It looks like I might be able to increase the number this year since I have already completed one and more than half way on another. I would have had two completed already this year if one of the wing panels on my Tamyia P-47 hadn’t fallen off and gone to the land of lost parts. Oh well going to call Tamyia for the part someday. Unless some one out there can help?
I dream of being able to finish a model a month but it doesn’t seem ever work that way. Oh well. The largest yearly total I have been able to get is 5. But that was just after college before I found a job and those were all armor projects.
I haven’t completed any this century.
About 7 a year. Not as much as I’d like![V]
[8D] Complete??? Whats that mean??? ok ok about 3-4 a year BUT I start a LOT more! Some I get bored with or, frustrated etc. cant find the detail parts I want or the decals or mostly the time…
Not one! Working on a scratch built 1/14 Stuka[:D] But I bought like 15[:0] Woe is me[;)]
Well, at any rate it sure is good to hear that I’m not the only one who buys more than he completes. . . [:I]
It’s also good to know that I’m not the only “underachiever” here, too! [;)]
Complete? What does that word mean?[:D]
Seriously, I must be the slowest modeler on this forum. I began building my tornado chase vehicle in December, 2002. Right now, I think I’m about 55% finished with it.
Last year I completed 28 models. But more I get experience more I take time to finish a model.
I can build 1/35 figures, but armour… Last year i think i made 1 or 2
I tend to build in fits and starts, nothing for a couple of months then three of four in a month or so. Averaged out I probably finish ten models a year.
For the financial year April 1st to March 31st I managed 1 kit, and even that is now in the bin due to a fall from a shelf.
Having said that I stand to finish 3-4 this month, though even the newest of these was started way back in November, with the oldest started in March 2003!!!
I’m still learning the hard way hence the slow progress.

Normally I use to build more or less same number or models every year, but I have been very LAZY recently, so last year I finished only three, but I already started some more, maybe double. Anyway I do not use to make many models per year, I always will appreciate much more quallity than quantity.
Enjoy modeling!
