Holiday Blessings

Best to all the members in Canada and the U.S. this holiday Monday. (Columbus Day in the U.S., Thanksgiving in Canada)

For my fellow Canadians, don’t let the turkey get the best of you today. Be sure to take a few minutes and give thanks for all the blessings we have in our lives. [:)]

Thank you, Robert. And a very Happy Thanskgiving to you, as well. Eat a little bird for me, as well, and think of all your American friends that are stuck at work. Enjoy your day and your blessings.

Happy holidays to all!
Today was “Health and Sports Day” here in Japan!

Everyone enjoy their day off. demono69, remember the rules of no profanity. You spoke that nasty four letter word, WORK. [:)]

50 lashes with a wet Cheetoh! May the fleas of a thousand dogs infest my underwear drawer! I’m so ashamed…

Some of the folks who live over in the next county from me would actually be envious of that.

Happy Thanksgiving, Canada [:)]

Thanks Robert, and the same to you and yours.

Murray

Happy Thanksgiving Canada. When’s dinner Robert. [:p]

“It is well that war is so terrible, lest we grow too fond of it.”-R.E.Lee

Happy Thanksgiving Day to you all in the US and Canada. We don’t have the same holiday here but I have read and heard much all about it. Probably another FRIENDS’ episode on this one.

My heart goes to the real hero of the Thanksgiving Day…the TURKEY who gives its life so that others may… celebrate.

Thanks, Shermanfreak.
This expatriot Sceptic hopes you all have a nice one too.
By the way, Sceptic is Cockney rhyming slang for Sceptic Tank = Yank. Get it? There’s millions of others - bag of fruit = suit // cheese and kisses = missus // dog and bone = phone ------- you get the idea
Cheers,
LeeTree

Happy Thanksgiving, Columbus Day, Health & Sports Day, etc.
Reading threads like this from unseen friends is just one more thing to be thankful for.

Hope y’all north of the border had a great thanksgiving.

I know it’s a bit late but,

“Happy Thanksgiving” to all our Canadian friends!

Hope y’all north of the border had a great thanksgiving.

When you speak of “the border” I assume you mean the Mason-Dixon line, yes?
Well, happy thanksgiving! Oh, and it ain’t just Columbus Day over here, it’s also “Indiginous People’s Day”!! And, I’m 1/16 American Indian!! YEE-HAW!!

Belated Happy Thanksgiving, Robert. Hope you and yours had a great family day together. - Ed

Yeah the turkey was good, goose hunting in the morning wasn’t. oh well! but the best part is: guess what? As everyone in our family except my mom is a dual citizen (american/canadian), we do it again in November! [;)]
