Anyone know a good LHS in the Houston area? I don’t know of a single one, now that Hobby Island is gone. Sucks, I know - but I do understand what draws LHSs out of business. I considered opening up a shop myself, but then I got to looking at my potential P&L’s, and decided that it would be better to just keep my present job - and keep doing things like eating and paying the rent.

Ya know, all that being said - you’d think the fourth largest city in the US, a city of 4-1/2 million people, would have at least one good supplier of AM stuff. Right? So there’s gotta be one somewhere

Squadron probably bought them out so there would be no competition in their home state…lol…

Bridgetown Hobbies & Games in Portland, OR. They have a nice supply of books, paints and magazines. Okay armor and planes. Hasn’t gone RC yet.

Scale Reproductions, Louisville, KY
