I am going to be in the Denver area in a couple weeks, for 2-3 day stint. Getting some surgery done. So since I am going to be there, I ask for guidance on where to get the best choice for the largest selection of models. I am looking, so far, at the Englewood area.

Here’s my advice, re-title your topic to something like “Hobby shops in the Denver/Englewood area?”
You are more likely to catch the attention of someone who has the information than the rather useless topic title “advice request”.

Colpar West is in Englewood I think. There’s also Colpar East out in Aurora.
Also, Caboose Hobbies has a good selection of tools and dio stuff, but it’s mostly train oriented.

Well, I went to Englewood and couldn’t find ANYONE that had what I wanted. I was there for eye surgry, so travelling was very limited. So… I called. The Colpar West was good, but only had the O’Brien. No Arctic Corsair. I called the Colpar Aurora, and no luck because the guy kept interupting me asking me exactly what I had been telling him. That boy just don’t listen!
No one else had them. Damn it.
