Nice job as usual. I appreciate Hasegawas industrial kits
Totally agree. Thanks for looking.
Looks just like the ones in the real world; love the grime, and the metal drum.
Now, from the factory, they come with those slick, fat tires, but almost all the ones I’ve seen have street tires with ordinary tread on the rims probably as those are far cheaper to pick up).
Good job.
As usual, when viewing your work, I have to force myself to believe I’m actually looking at a model.
Really, really nice. [Y][Y][Y]
Your thread title momentarily made me think I’d somehow landed on the wrong sort of internet site, but it all made sense shortly upon viewing your creation.
Greg, you are not alone. There have been many who second guessed this thread topic on other forums…
Oh yeah I missed this over in this forum!
Great job as always- I love the build-up of tar and grime all over the bottom of the roller! If you altered the background I’d swear it were the real thing! [ht]
Tiking,
thanks for sharing. Your models are always so realistic and done in such a way that I keep coming back and finding new subtle details every time I look at them. Your weathering results could be used as reference material IMHO. Again, thanks for sharing.
Absolutely outstanding work and thanks for posting them up on a site that will display full screen views! I see so much beautiful work done that can not really be appreciated due to the small images. A bit of fuel spillage grime around the gas cap may have been a nice touch. The details work is stellar. I was wondering if the asphalt you had it sitting on was the base you made complete with a chunk of cement broken out. Then I saw it on the wooden stand so wasn’t sure if it was a prop for pics or not.
I Imagine;
Tiking, you did it again! Now, a Question? Did the driver get shook up too?
Thank you.
Very uplifting words. Thank u so much.
The base was a base i had on hand from another build. I just thought it would fit perfectly for this particular photo shoot.
