et voila! Built for the French a/c Group build, wip pics can be found over there. Mixed-media kit from Azur, impressively fine details, PE and resin in the cockpit (I omitted some tiny bits on the exterior, knowing very well I’d knock them off). Paint was hand-brushed Testors square-bottle enamel, prop blades were Humbrol enamels, Tamiya weathering pastels used. Kit decals are from Aviprint - super-thin, snuggled down over details without anything more than water, I swear they look painted-on in person.
And my traditional pose, with my little buddy Fuji:
I see some spots that apparently had too much dust-weathering added. Need to do a couple of touchups today, always seems to be the case now that I’m photographing this stuff. Remember the good ol’ days before instant digital photography… when every build was perfect & defect-free???
A little propeller blade work…
Kinda surprised at how LARGE the main wing is on this beast, had to have been a little awkward to deal with on the ground.
