Well, first off, welcome to the forums!!![#welcome] Nice to see another tiger fan in the forums! Second, you might want to introduce yourself to everyone on the "introduce yourself forum at the bottom of the forum page. And here’s how to post pics. http://www.finescale.com/fsm/community/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=10017
The instructions may sound confusing, but take a little while to read them and they should make sence. If not, just ask one of us and we’ll be happy to help! [8D]The images of the tiger 1 must be on an internet site to get it on the forums. If you don’t have your own homepage (which most of us don’t), then don’t worry one of our forum members, RonUSMC has a website to post pics in. The link above is instructions on how to exactly post pics here. Feel free to ask me or anyone how to post pics here, were all willing to help![8D] But, welcome and enjoy the forums![:D][#welcome]
Outstanding Armor_Freek!!! Nice to see a tamiya kit put to great use! Good job, keep em’ coming![8D] How did you do the chipped paint like that? Is that pastels for the mud and dust?
arrhhhh…
thanks guys thats great to hear all my hard work was worth the effort
with the weathering i used a mixture of pastel and paint, I made sure that theconsistancey of the dust varied a little to give a little more of a random look. i used a precision drill bit set for the bullet holes, paint chips were done with a mixture of german gray with pastel blended into it. I should of posted another pic of the other side. There is a complete section of mudgard missing… looks ok i guess.
thanks everyone
