Hello. I was building this model and unfortunately, in a mix-up, some parts were thrown away. These are the large and small cannons. I estimate I have the following options:

There’s a lot to unpack here…I’ll do my best. Heller has discontinued this model. You should contact them anyway on the off chance that they still have some spare sprues hanging around. Most model makers are very accommodating with replacement parts, as long as they have them. A little clarification as to what exactly you lost would be helpful. Was it the gun barrels? The turrets themselves?
Aftermarket brass barrels can be had or you could scratch build them using styrene round rod. Since the Heller kit is discontinued and hard to find, you might be able to find a Graf Spee model kit more readily and use the guns/barrels from that on your kit…just a thought. 3D printing is great, but you can’t start from nothing. You would have to design a print file or find one out there for your specific needs, then find a friend to print it for you. Probably a lot of trouble.

Find a Graf Spee and raid the Guns from that.
Find aftermarket brass barrels
Build them yourself from Evergreen Styrene

I’m going to look at all the alternatives you pointed out.
The pieces that I need are all the parts in blue, left side. I had painted and cut them and due to an unfortunate mix-up they were thrown away.

That is an unfortunate loss. So sorry for that. I would definately lean toward contacting Heller, and searching for a suitable donor Graf Spee.
