Robert, what browser and version are you using?
That information is found by going to the “Help” > “About…” on the main toolbar of your browser.
Sounds like you may have “popup” windows blocked.
I use windows vista, aol 9.1 version 4334.5009…I turned off my pop up blocker now i see the smilies but i now get this [bnghead].
I reset my computer and now they post…
