When doing research for my what if future tank (See last picture below), I stumbled across this article:
AbramsX Next Generation Main Battle Tank Breaks Cover
I like the look of that color for the AbramsX. It looks almost like a very light shade of blue or maybe a blue/gray color. But I’m pretty sure it’s just a regular gray color.
Anyway, I like it a lot. I mainly use Vallejo Model Air Color (Acrylic airbrushing paints) when painting all my models. Does anybody know a shade that might come close to what’s in the pictures?

To my eyes, that almost looks like Neutral Grey. The colour on the bottom of WWII which were painted olive drab on the top side. I’m not sure what that would equate to in your preferred brand though.

Tamiya Neutral Gray XF53 might be a good choice. It’s darker than most other companies take on the shade, being closer to the original WWII shade and not the post war FS 595 version that most every other paint line sell as Neutral Gray.
