Hi all,I am from Kent Oh and I have been an aircraft modeler and serious airplane fan,since i was a little girl living in Fairborn Oh…Some of you may know that is were the USAF Museum is located …yes I remember going there as a kid very well ,I still like to go there.For many years I would see the b-52s of SAC land and take off they flew over our yard and blocked the sun they were so big In fact they sent down heat waves that smelled like kerosene I loved it others hated it .But most of all I am very intriqued by WW-II aircraft I especiallly like the history of their production as my Grandmother was a ‘‘Rosie riveter’’ for Curtiss Wright Best of all I like conversing with other aircraft modelers. Thats odd Colleen.
Fairborn is my home town also. I moved away directly after High School, 88… then came back and lived in Kettering for a year or so in 95-97, then left again, 
I went to the Air Force Museum about 30 times, lol.

My grandfather was a line product supervisor on the P-39s at Bell from 39-45. So the 39 is one of my favorite ships.
Any who you will most definetly enjoy yourself here. **Remember these two things: We learn as we go and if at any point you feel like the need to make your model into a “lawn dart”, just walk away cause it will be there when you return.**Again welcome and happy modeling[:D]
