Hello Dave, Thanks.I’ve tried many times that URL since December, but still no response from them.Perhaps, some issue because of the pandemic situation around the world.Just a question: When you wrote them for spare parts that was before the pandemic?, any way I will try again.

Hi Schaye,

For what it’s worth I tried 3 years ago and when I finally received a response I was told they do not ship replacement parts to the USA, not sure where you live though. Depending on what parts you need you can try Shapeways as they make some replacements, they had the lanterns I needed, hope this helps.

Hi Schaye, my interaction with Heller was several years ago, probably 2013 or 2014…so it’s been awhile.

If I can ask, what parts are you looking for?

Hello Dave, thanks for your answer.Ok.Because the assembly instructions are in French, the description of the parts are:

349 Herpe Tribord

350 Herpe Babord

356 1/2 Guibre Tribord

357 1/2 Guibre Babord

well, tribord is starbord, and babord is port. Not that it helps much.

Hi Schaye- Those are the beakhead and railing parts.

It’s funny, when I got my Victory kit, the head supports were snapped off in the box, so when I reached out to Heller (way back when) those are the same 4 parts I requested.

For whatever reason, I ended up receiving the parts from Heller twice (one set came a week after the first). So I actually have a spare set of those 4 parts. Let me know if you want me to ship them to you.

I get the feeling these parts are/were commonly found broken within the box; I wonder if anyone else here has encountered the same issue.

It’s too bad Heller is unresponsive these days…In addition to these parts for the Victory, they also sent me replacement upper gunwale parts for my Soleil Royal when I went to build it and found most of the molded-on belaying pins were broken. I wonder if they’re still in business.

Anyway, let me know if you want these head parts.
