Hawk 75N 1/48, Finally Done!

Hello there!

After a ton of setbacks, here’s my HobbyCraft 1/48 Hawk 75N finally done! It was supoused to be a short term project, but the gods of plastic didn’t smiled to me while building this one and it took to me like 3 months finish it. Delays after delays, cuz job stuff, some personal issues, and this dang allergy that didn’t let me alone, also it took more time than I though researching. Nevertheless one can’t keep the inner modelet tied up.

Excepting for adding hypodermic needles for the machine guns in the cowling, masking tape as seat belts and some minor details in the gun pods, the rest was builded OOB, colors were as used by Thailand in 1941, rust brown, middle green and neutral gray, according to Monografie Lotnicze part 3, and Wydawnictwo Militaria Vol 1. Since there’s not AM decals for this subject I painted some emblems and used some other decals that came with the kit. Weathered using as usual with me, oil paintings, and pastels.

Hope you guys like it, any comments are welcome. Also I’d like to thank to Gerardo for helping taking the pictures.

Hope my next model don’t take me that long to get it done.

Have a GREAT day everyone! And may the plastic be with you.

Looks really good. Well done. cant wait to see the next one

Well done, von Alfalfa! I always enjoy the unique markings you choose and this one is no exception! Tremendous job all around!

Looks like it was well worth the effort. Nicely done.

Now that is a plane and markings you don’t see often. Sorry you had so many issues building the kit, but it looks like it was worth the troubles. Well done!

Beautifully done and great markings to go with it.
