The one-day event was hosted by the local NNL club at the Blaisdell Exhibition Hall. Of course there were a lot of car models on the tables, but there were also military and Gunpla kits in the contest as well.
I deferred to my autophile friend to cover the car models, so I just focused on the Gunpla. Sorry about the lousy photos, but the room was kind of dark.

This was my favorite Gunpla entry, a 1/144 scale Reben Wolf (P Bandai of course!) from “Advance of Zeta”, painted in colors of the Doven Wolf seen in “Double Zeta Gundam”. I liked the MS design and thought the Doven Wolf color scheme worked well with the kit.

Second runner-up in my list of favorites was this 1/144 scale Zaku Desert Type, my favorite Zaku variant as well as the design that got me hooked on Zakus and Gunpla in general.

And last but not least, this ancient 1/144 scale Zaku Z Type scrubbed up well and surprised me at how good it looked. Tip of the hat to the builder!
