Hasegawa 1/48 AV-8B Harrier II Plus

After posting several models from the past I’m starting to see that my weak point is silvering of decals that I need to get figured out before my next build. Anyway, here’s my attempt at the Harrier. Fun build and fit. Looks good at viewing distance and works well in Max’s comparitive 1/48 Air Museum which is really my office.

Being somewhat new on the Forum, the next build I’ll be asking the experts when I reach that point. Anyway check out the AV-8B and give me some unbiased opinions. [:)]

Thanks!—Max

Awesome work! I love the look of the Harrier. Excellent work on the painting, inspecially inside the intakes. I know how much patience that takes. Watch the angle of the horizontal stabs, they must be symetrical. This is tough to eyball on Harriers and Phantoms too.

Nice work! I did the same kit a few months ago. It is one of my favorite builds so far.

One of my favorites. Very nicely done

Allow me to add my congrats on a job well done. Looks great!

PS–Good call Nathan, the tail was off 2mm! Old eyes will be my excuse. LOL.
