Has anyone ever attempted to assemble Walrons PE parts?

Or, perhaps I should ask, has anyone ever succeeded? These beautiful little parts, in this case for the Spitfire, are so amazing I just sit here and stare at them on the fret, terrified to begin. For example, this throttle quadrant is so tiny that, when assembled, three of them will fit on a dime with room left over. And that’s in 1/24 scale! Yet it’s made up of, at my best estimate, 14 separate parts, including the throttle and mixture levers, which if you do this correctly will operate and have nice little holes to connect the linkage.
I’d like to know if anyone’s accomplished this, and if so, can you please tell me how you did it, because I have to do one and the choice is now out of my hands if I want to get paid. I’m Waldron’s biggest chearleader, probably, but maybe this throttle quadrant is going too far. But then, if I do it right, other modelers who see it will ooh and aah, or at least, I will. I should have stopped at the beautifully rendered cockpit plackards and instrument bezels.
