Hope you all had an enjoyable 4th of July over there. Just saw the Coney Island hot dog eating competition- 70 hot dogs ?!- [t$t] what did you get up to ?
Ahhh, Americana…gluttony and explosives. We can’t celebrate anything without overeating and blowing stuff up.
I did not attempt to eat 70 hot dogs - I marched in two parades and celebrated my daughter’s 18th birthday instead. Then I was serenaded to sleep to the concussive blasts of the neighborhood amature pyrotechnics.

Well I got a little work done on a B-17 that a friend asked me to build for his friend he knows from the VA clinic that flew on one way back then.
And I finally sat down and started reading the US Constitution (something I’ve swore I’d do for years). It’s not that long but I did get bogged down in the legalise. I’m going to finish up in the rest of this week.
And I finished the day watching the nephews blow up fireworks, almost setting the dog on fire in the process.
All in all not a bad day, not a bad day at all…

I do appreciate it when someone steps up and goes to things like this in my stead .I spent the Fourth in Hospital . So it was some things 1 and Tanker - Builder Nothing .I missed all the good stuff especially the Sam Adams .Glad you had a safe one " G " T.B.
