hey guys i want to convert a hanomag 251/1 into a 251/17 is it as simple as dropping in a 20mm flak gun ???

I’m not sure if the sides come down a bit or not. No refs handy here. If you wait a bit, Dragon or AFV will probably release one for you. LOL
There is a newer conversion kit out there. It is a lot different than just dropping a Flak 38 in.

Do you mean the Luftwaffe trial one on the Ausf C chassis, or the production type on the Ausf D?

thanks guys for all your help the reason i ask is i got tamiya’s 20mm flak gun and on the back cover was a drawin of a hanomag with a flak gun in it and look good
