I’ve MET this woman!!! She was displaying her work at Cherry Point, NC, in the PX, while I was stationed there (this would’ve been about 12 -13 years ago). Her work is INCREDIBLE!! At the time, I wasn’t making a lot of money, so I couldn’t afford to buy any of her works. But I talked with her for about an hour. She’s very knowledgeable about the aircraft that she depicts.
And, speaking of the lady, she’s very attractive…,
Damn, I knew she was!!! Too bad there isn’t a photo of her anywhere, I sure would like to put a face to the artist. She has been really sweet and kind to all of my inquirys. I’m having her do the last CH-53E I worked on, complete with bureau number, squadron logo on the crew door, and the squadron patch on the bottom of the print. I sure wish I could meet her though…but I’d better not, I’d probably just fall in love…and who needs two aviation nuts in one house, eh?! [:P][;)]
edit----Funny thing is Gary, I was out of money when I was offered a similar print as well, about 8 years ago. Someone was supposed to hold one for me, 'till I got back and could repay them (I was on detachment with HMM-364). Unfortunately, I never got the print, which is one reason, why I’m estaticed about it!!!
Cool site Heath… thanks for the link. I think that’s great that she is going to customize one for you. Sounds like a really neat lady, I think the fact that she makes these prints and has a lot of knowledge about a/c makes her attractive, let alone that she’s a looker… sigh… sounds perfect to me.[sigh]
She’s also married to a retired MARINE officer… I don’t think he’d like ya’ll drooling all over his sweetums.[:D][:D]
I’m sure she’d go for enlisted!!! [;)] I’ve never seen her…so couldn’t tell ya if he’d have to beat me off of her or not!!! LOL But I did know she was married to a retired O.
