The Squadron F-14 Walkaround has some excellent F-14 reference pictures. Most of the color shots are of some F-14Ds in the current paint scheme.
Different squadrons had different paint schemes, based primarily on their theater of operation. The majority of them, however, use the basic scheme of Light Ghost Grey / Dark Ghost Grey (FS 36375 and 36320, respectively.) Older squadrons used Light Gull Grey over White. Hope this helps.
