I saw a model kit the other day by, I believe, a Ukrainian kit maker. The front of the box had a painting of the lynx in the snow and a sign post saying something to the effect fo ‘Chernoble 5km’
I’d love to build it, but anyone know the quality, or any other kits out there made the Lynx?
Update-
The kit maker is ICM, for what it’s worth.
I don’t know much about it, but from what I have read about companies from Russia are pretty much the same: poor fitting, much cleanup, inaccuracies to name a few. The one attraction to these kits are their price. I could be wrong, but I think another manufacturer makes that kit, perhaps Italeri? Hopefully someone can be of better service to you. Good luck.
I’ve got the ICM variant. The other one’s by Mirage.
The ICM kit is good, I have a friend working on the Mirage kit, he seems pretty pleased with it. The fit is just fine and the detail is good. I picked up the Jaguar resin update kit for mine. It added clear vision blocks and some decent items.
I can’t comment on accuracy points since I’m not a Pz II expert, but it looks OK to me.
