German tanks??

In the book i was talking about “Last Citadel”…the author refers to Mark II, III, IV,V and VI tanks. Are these Panthers, early Tigers or what?

Bud

they are panzers, mark (II) is a panzer II (2), mark III(3) is panzer iii (3) etc. panzer V is the panther. Panzer VI is a tiger.

yes the german tanks are panzers and mark II is a panzer and mark III is also a panzer and mark IV is also a panzer a markV is a panther and a mark VI is a tiger it also may refer as a mark VI as tiger II diferent tanks all togther but still very formitable tanks[:D]

Any one who read the book notice he referred to zimmerit on the Tiger tanks? A little eary for them to be zimmed

Things like that totally ruin a war book for me! It’s forgivable in more general lit, but in a war book? Blech. Shows the guy didn’t know what he was talking about.

That aside, it still was a decent book
