Hee hee…what my wife doesnt know wont hurt her!!! Yeah its a lot of AM/PE stuff but I have a year right?? I hope!!! I dont buy from the LHS anymore as it is a Hobbytown USA and it sucks. They cater to the RC Car/Airplane people. Very little knowledge and goodies in the model section. Such a shame.

Naw! I did put up some scifi kits up on ebay Sunday morning and had sold one that afternoon and today I just sold two more! Man those Maschinen krieger kits sure do go fast!
I`ll be looking for a 234 here very soon! Yippee! My wife is going to poop her pants when I tell her that Ive already spent the money on a 234!!! Hahahaha
Hi. all just gettig ready to start on the 234/2 I’ve got to make the wheels all articulate by removing them from the suspension arms and drill the centre of them out to recive a metal pin but will have to be careful not to missaling them also will be adding brake cables and the like.this will end up as a ground up build only adding minimal Etch[:-,][:-^][yeah]

Sci.Fi ? how’s things going with your search for the elusive 234? they’re like hen’s teeth at times depending on which mark you are looking for,! you could even do one of the experimental versions as they were trying to mount a Drilling AA gun on the /1 if you go onto new connections site; www.newconnections.com failing that try www.Historexagents.com you should find something there.

hey panzermann, Yes scifi! I build a lot of Maschinen krieger kits which are sciencefiction but are armor fighting suits, check them out at www.roboterkampf.com and look under maschinen krieger and youll find them, basically they are retro ww2, everything is based on german and allies fighting with armored suits and weapons and such, I build them just like regular armor, dents holes rust etc…
And yes, I did find a kit to build its comming from Japan and will be here in a couple a weeks, smokinprice set me up! a 234/2!

how do you guys feel about the mesh that comes with these kits (234/1) i am looking at the turret pe set just so i dont have to try to cut the mess and then mess it up
any tips or is the pe the way to go?

It’s has to be the etched brass as the nylon mesh is soooooooooo dated you can get either the Aber or Eduard set which ever suits your budget.

Just a bit of useless info if you intend to replace the Jerry cans when you’ve used the Eduard Etched set for the jerry can brackets you wouldn’t be able to use the Tamiya jerry cans as they’re toooo large.[BH][BH][BH] I know for I was that FOOL!
