I have just started getting into airbrush seriously. In the past it was all water-based acrylics that didn’t pose a problem of smell or toxicity. Now some of the clear coats are causing a problem. The wife and kids hate the smell and are raising justifiable heck. I do my spraying in a makeshift booth that works well for containing paint spray, but no air filtering or exhausting.
Any recommendation for a portable (I have no permanent work space) fume/exhaust hood?
I can’t attest to its portability since I set it up and left it set up but this is supposed to be portable.
I think that’s the same one I have. It folds up into approximately the size of a carry-on luggage bag. Can store it almost anywhere a small suitcase would fit.
Have slightly different one but short of a custom build this is the way to go
I made one out of a large plastic tote, led lights, brushless exhaust fan and furnace filters. Idk what I cost because I had some of the stuff laying around.
