Fujimi out of business?

All,

I just read over at Modeling Madness that Fujimi is out of business (that fact was posted in a review of A-7 decals). Can anyone confirm this?

That’s too bad if they did. Some of my first models were their 1/700 scale ships and a 1/48 Dauntless. They were a nice quality product.

Fire off that question to the editors at fsm they will probly know the answer to that question.

Fujimi hasn’t gone out of business, but their distribution in the U.S. has been spotty. They bounced from Marco Polo to MRC to–we’re not sure if there’s anybody right now. But they are still making kits and occasionally issuing a new one. Squadron has a lot of their kits, and if you can’t find what you want there, try a place like HobbyLink Japan.
