Painted and marked as a close but not exact fascimile of the local ambulance helicopter. All decals are homemade. Big problem was matching the white decal background to the color of the blue on the 'copter. Impossible.

If you didn’t explain the blue part of the decal I probably would’ve thought it suppose to be that way 
The only way I could think of doing it without having to match the color would be to cut it out of the blue prior to application. Cutting around the white part of the logo 
That is a difficult match. It might have been better to trim very closely around the white art as the smaller interior blue might be less apparent, or you could paint in those small areas carefully. The helicopter is very well made. Will you share it with the ambulance company?
It is on display at the airport they’re based at. They’re in that building, daily. I suppose they’ll see it if they haven’t already.
Looks great! How did the kit go together?
Very easily. Two parts, the cockpit floor and ceiling have to be positioned just right to the fuselage halves to mate properly.
