Fuel Filler on a Stug III Ausf G

Hi all

I’m building a Dragon Stug IIIG for use in a diorama where the Stug is being refuelled. I have a couple of reference photos taken from the side of the vehicle that indicate the filler location is under one (or more) of the hatches on the rear deck. The hatch has been lifted in the photo so the crew can insert the refuelling nozzle. Unfortunately there is no shot that shows the layout under the hatch, nor do any of my other references show what might be there (engine/gearbox/fuel tank position etc).

I’ll have to scratchbuild whatever’s there because those items are not included in the kit.

Does anyone have a photo or illustration of an Ausf G that shows under the hatches or rear deck?

These might help you out. Shows a StuG III F/8 hull under assembly, the fuel tank is the large box on the right with the large funnel/mouth type opening.
